As a child I loved sewing, crafting, creating you name it. I was always making something. I started taking sewing classes and loved it. I began sewing skirts, dresses, pj pants and creating my own designs. In high school I designed and sewed my own prom dress.
I've always had that dream in the back of my head of owning a dress shop. I love the magic of trying on dresses and finding the perfect one so that you look stunning as you head to the dance. I wanted to be a part of those memories. The one thing that always drove me crazy about finding a dance dress was the price. Who wants to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress they are going to wear once. We all have done it, and it seems worth it, but I know I would have been much happier (along with my parents) if I could have found a dress I loved for a fraction of the cost.

Doolhoff Dresses is also focused on modest dresses. Modest dresses are hard to come by and not cheap when you do. We are currently working on adding sleeves to all of our dresses. If you see a dress that is not yet modest that you would like to wear you are able to let me know and I will get that dress ready for you.
Small alterations; such as sleeves, length, and other adjustments to make the dress fit better are included.
